On February 22nd, the centralized commencement of the first batch of major projects in Yueyang County for 2023 and the signing ceremony for the "Return of Hunan Entrepreneurs" project were held at the Yueyang High-tech Industrial Park.

A total of 56 projects were collectively initiated and signed this time, with a total investment of 16.892 billion yuan. Among them, 30 projects were initiated, with a total investment of 7.272 billion yuan; 23 projects were signed, with a total investment of 8.037 billion yuan; and 3 projects were initiated immediately after signing, with a total investment of 1.583 billion yuan. Among these, there are 12 "Hunan businessmen returning" and "entrepreneurship returning to hometown" projects, mainly concentrated in the fields of biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, and new energy.
